What is Policy Deployment and why is it important to you?  Policy Deployment uses Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles to connect daily control activities at all levels to high level company strategy.  Also called Hoshin Planning, it is critical to purposeful and logical lean deployment since it links all lean activities with the achievement of organizational goals.
