Leadership Skills and Styles Development
Leadership Skills and Styles Development (LSSD) is an intensive four-day workshop designed for supervisors, team leaders, managers, and others in positions of lean leadership and change management.
The four critical areas of focus for LSSD include:
- Work Unit Performance Climate - improving the critical factors that impact employee performance and morale
- Personal Style and Interpersonal Skills - communication, rapport-building, and listening
- Leading and Managing Others Effectively - gauging the needs of associates and delivering the most effective form of leadership
- Leading and Managing High Performance Teams - build cohesive, focused teams, and manage their growth and development
Many Consortia members have participated in LSSD, and many have called it one of the most transformative leadership experience of their careers! The LSSD program is extremely well-suited to the needs of organizations on their Lean Journey, and transitioning toward a flatter, more collaborative and empowered culture.
